Member Discounts for Digital Humanities Summer Institute

The MLA is pleased to announce that it will again partner with the Digital Humanities Summer Institute (DHSI), giving MLA members the opportunity to register for the institute’s digital humanities courses at a discounted rate. The DHSI will take place in June 2015 at the University of Victoria, and participants may choose to attend one, two, or all three weeks of the institute. Each week of DHSI will include a training workshop; the central week (8–12 June) will also include morning colloquiums, lunchtime unconferences, and birds-of-a-feather sessions. Keynote lectures by Malte Rehbein, David Hoover, Claire Warwick, and Constance Crompton are scheduled over the three weeks of the DHSI. Before 1 April 2015, MLA members can register for each weeklong course at the discounted rate of $300.00 for students and $650.00 for nonstudents. In addition, tuition scholarships are available for students. For a full list of courses, to register, or to apply for a tuition scholarship, please go to Be sure to register using your MLA membership number and an MLA discount code (MLA-Student or MLA-Non-Student).
